(A) Annual Inspection Contract (AIC)

  6. Inspection stickers, asset sticker, and report submission.
  7. Discount on parts and accessories during contract period.
  8. Priority shipping on parts and accessories purchased during contract.
  9. Service loaner option available (subject to availability).
  10. Additional coverage based on coverage code or as shown below:
    1. Labor, travel for annual inspection is included.
    2. Preventative maintenance and breakdown calls are not included.
    3. Additional parts and accessories needed will be extra.

(c) Annual Service Contract (ASC)

  1. Equipment management program and documentation.
  2. Inspection and performance verification services.
  3. Meets JCAHO, CMS, DPH requirements.
  4. Inspection and testing of outlets.
  5. Biomedical engineering professional consulting.
  6. Inspection stickers, asset sticker, and report submission.
  7. Discount on parts and accessories during contract period.
  8. Priority shipping on parts and accessories purchased during contract period.
  9. Service loaner option available (Subject to availability).
  10. Pre-contract equipment evaluation. Fee waived when contract is signed.
