Primary customer contact for all service/repair problems. Open and manage tickets, coordinate depot and field service with the help of internal or external tech/engineer in a timely fashion. Autoclave/HVAC Technician
Repairs defective sterilizers to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. Performs all repairs as assigned by supervisor. Maintains accurate records for all work performed. Entry and or paperwork should be completed on a timely basis. Completes repairs at the minimum possible cost to the institution while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Industrial Painter
Process parts according to specifications. Prep product as needed. Knowledge/ability to adjust sprayer valves/nozzles to regulate width and pressure according to the painting technique. Spray surfaces using the proper surface finishing technique. Ability to touch up and blend spot repairs. Ability to mix component paints accurately.
